3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only if:

• The service has not yet started.
• The payment was made by mistake or duplicated.
• Ad Flayer is unable to provide the agreed service.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided once:

• Campaign setup has begun.
• Research or strategy work has been completed.
• Advertising campaigns have gone live.
• Monthly management services have started.
• Consultation sessions have been completed.
• Any digital deliverables have been provided.

Please note that advertising performance depends on various factors, including competition, audience behavior, budget, and platform algorithms. Therefore, Ad Flayer cannot guarantee specific sales, leads, or return on investment (ROI).

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service at any time by contacting us.

Cancellation will stop future billing where applicable, but payments for services already delivered or currently in progress are non-refundable.

6. Advertising Budget

Advertising spend paid directly to platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram) or Google is separate from Ad Flayer’s service fees.

Ad Flayer does not control or refund advertising budgets paid directly to these platforms.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved, it will generally be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
